Return Policy

Returns

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise in exchange of store credit. Tags must still be attached.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Any items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Any item purchased at a discount of 40% or more will be FINAL SALE.
  • All original tags must be attached. 
RETURN PROCESS:
  1. Please email shop.poppyandblue@gmail.com with your order number and items you wish to return.
  2. You will be sent a return label and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from store credit.
  3. Store credit will be sent via email once returned items are received by Poppy & Blue.
